Amazing place with free Wi-Fi, a snack bar, and a cute drink. The staff even helped me with currency recommendations during my first stay. I'm coming back for Christmas!

Lovely, stylish room (2) with fantastic open view over Llandudno and distant mountains. Bed very comfortable with very soft, smooth cotton bedding. Bose iPod dock was a bonus, as was little window seat with cushions. Excellent breakfast, everything very fresh, hot food very hot and delicious. Good service, particularly the young man who checked me in on Saturday evening and a waitress on Monday morning. Good value for money. Excellent, quiet location midway between busy north beach and quiet west shore. Shops and restaurants/cafes within 5 mins walk.

Convenient location close to the pier and very professional staff. Nearby The Snowdon - great place to chill out. Beautifully decorated and themed rooms with central heating, an iron and ironing board, and TV. Modern design and unique atmosphere.

Friendly staff. Good explanation of facilities, house rules on arrival. Relaxed atmosphere. Plentiful and nourishing breakfast. Pob Hwyl.
Lack of adequate storage in the room. Bedside table too low. A desk and a chair would have helped writing or reading in the room. Surprising absense of Welsh tv (s4c) and also of bbc - wales and itv - wales channels!

Escape is a brilliant place to stay, it is an impressive building, the rooms are unique we stayed in the loft which is completely different to anywhere we have stayed before. The hotel was mostly importantly clean and tidy, the bed was very comfy and the breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There were plenty of places to park. It is near to the beach and local shops, We were recommended the Seahorse for our evening meal which we booked in advance and again this was a perfect choice.
